A. YOU CAN PAY SECURELY ONLINE USING PAYPAL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, YOU CAN STILL USE PAYPAL TO PAY WITH ALL MAJOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS. (PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY POST TO THE CARD HOLDERS REGISTERED ADDRESS) 

ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER OR CASH DEPOSIT AT ONE OF OUR BANK BRANCHES FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US FOR FULL DETAILS.

WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHEQUES. HOWEVER, THIS METHOD CAN TAKE UP TO SEVEN WORKING DAYS TO ALLOW FUNDS TO FULLY CLEAR THROUGH THE BANKING SYSTEM BEFORE WE CAN DISPATCH YOUR NEW NUMBER VIA SIMCHIP OR PAC CODE.

Q. CAN I TRANSFER MY NEW MOBILE NUMBER TO ANOTHER UK NETWORK PROVIDER?

A. YES YOU CAN. ALL OF OUR NUMBERS ARE ON UK O2 PAYG SIM CARDS. JUST LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MOVE YOUR NEW NUMBER TO ANOTHER UK NETWORK BY SELECTING THE PAC CODE OPTION WHEN YOU ARE PURCHASING YOUR NEW NUMBER. WE WILL THEN PROVIDE YOU WITH A PAC CODE FOR THE TRANSFER.

PLEASE NOTE!   PAC CODES MAY TAKE UPTO SEVEN WORKING DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE, TO ARRIVE AT YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS.

PLEASE BE SURE TO CONFIRM WITH YOUR CURRENT NETWORK PROVIDER IF YOU ARE MOVING YOUR NUMBER TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT, AS SOME NETWORK PROVIDERS HAVE RULES ABOUT CHANGING NUMBERS MID CONTRACT.

Q. WHAT IS A PAC CODE?

A. A PAC CODE (PORTING AUTHORITY CODE) IS A KEY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO PORT YOUR MOBILE NUMBER FROM ONE UK NETWORK PROVIDER TO ANOTHER. TO PORT YOUR NEW NUMBER, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR YOUR CHOSEN UK NETWORK PROVIDER, AND GIVE THEM THE PAC CODE THAT WE ISSUE YOU WITH. YOUR NEW PROVIDER WILL THEN PORT THE NUMBER ONTO YOUR CURRENT/NEW MOBILE CONTRACT, OR ONTO A PAYG SIM CARD. THE CHOICE IS YOURS.

PORTING A NUMBER BETWEEN UK NETWORKS USUALLY TAKES 2 WORKING DAYS TO COMPLETE. (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) THIS IS A FREE OF CHARGE SERVICE WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO KEEP YOUR MOBILE NUMBER FOR AS LONG AS YOU WOULD LIKE.

Q. WILL MY NEW MOBILE NUMBER BE ON A PAY AS YOU GO SIM OR ON A CONTRACT?

A. OUR NUMBERS ARE SUPPLIED ON UK O2 PAY AS YOU GO SIM CARDS. THIS GIVES YOU THE CHOICE AS TO WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR NEW NUMBER TO STAY ON PAYG, OR ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE IT ONTO A CONTRACT.

Q. ARE THE SIM CARDS YOU SELL THE SAME AS THE SIM CARDS YOU CAN BUY IN THE MOBILE PHONE NETWORK SHOPS?

A. YES, THEY ARE OFFICIAL NETWORK SIM CARDS. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT OUR SIM CARDS HAVE CHERISHED NUMBERS ATTACHED TO THEM, AND NOT THE RANDOM SETS OF NUMBERS YOU CAN BUY FROM THE NETWORK SHOPS.

Q. IF I AM BUYING A MOBILE NUMBER AS A PRESENT, CAN I HAVE IT SENT TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

A. WE WILL ONLY POST TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS IF THE PAYMENT IS MADE VIA CHEQUE, BANK TRANSFER OR A CASH DEPOSIT AT A BANK.
